London – 21 October 2021 – Finalists vying for the top awards in the British OTC industry were announced today, as Informa Pharma Intelligence revealed its shortlist for the 26th Annual OTC Marketing Awards. Winners will be named during a lavish ceremony on 1 December 2021 at the Royal Lancaster London hotel, during which the outstanding achievements of those working across a full range of OTC activities in Great Britain will be honoured.

First launched in 1995, the OTC Marketing Awards event focuses exclusively on the outstanding achievements of OTC product suppliers in both pharmacy and grocery settings, including suppliers of non-prescription medicines, food supplements, and selected unlicensed healthcare products. Long a staple of the industry calendar, this gala event is eagerly anticipated by top achievers in the field as an opportunity to be recognised for their outstanding accomplishments during a festive evening that includes a networking drinks reception, awards presentation ceremony, gala dinner event, and spectacular after-show party.

The OTC Marketing Awards 2021 span 19 categories in all, encompassing both Entered and Principal awards. Each represents an important facet of the British OTC industry, from OTC Company of the Year to Most Innovative OTC Product to the Special 2021 Award: Best COVID-19 Initiative by an OTC Company.
