Frankfurt, Germany - Friday, 6 May, 2022 - The Global Generics and Biosimilars Awards have been established to recognise and reward the innovation, dedication and expertise shown by companies and individuals in global off-patent pharmaceuticals.
Now in its 9th year, the awards will focus on activity between 1 July 2021 and 31 July 2022, and include categories such as the prestigious Company of the Year global and regional awards, as well as Biosimilar and Value Added Medicine Initiatives of the Year, Acquisition of the Year, Leader of the Year, Regulatory Achievement of the Year and Industry Partner of the Year.

The Global Generics and Biosimilars Awards prides itself on its independence, with winners chosen solely on merit and acknowledged as most deserving for their unique achievements. Applicants are welcomed from any research-based pharmaceutical or biotech company, operating anywhere around the world, including third-party and partner companies supplying services to the pharmaceutical industry.
Entries are now open and will close on Friday 19 August 2022. All submissions will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges, selected for their expertise and impartiality. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel, Germany on Wednesday 2 November 2022.
